Kitchen
The Kitchen is all stainless steel constructed with a large combined gas hob and oven plus a separate electric oven that will take catering size serving dishes. Turbofan oven instructions are here
There is an additional charge for full use the kitchen facilities. (£25) This includes all the cutlery and crockery to feed about 100 people.
We have a new dishwasher and its operation because it isn't like a domestic one, so here are some instructions.
The gas needs to be turned on at the wall by the rear door (nearest the school). Instructions are on the wall. Please remember to turn off at these controls when you have finished cooking.
